Reasons to love it – and reasons not to
The location was ideal! Friendly staff made check-in smooth, and the room was equipped with a microwave and mini-fridge.
The breakfast selection was lacking. Also, the carpets in the hallways could use a good cleaning.

roof protection, nearby gas station, free parking
The room conditions were quite disappointing, with dirty areas and malfunctioning appliances!!! Additionally, the lack of cleaning services during my stay left garbage piling up. A little more attention to detail would go a long way!!!

The staff was accommodating and responsive to my needs.
I called ahead to pay with cash, but when I arrived, my room was given away because they tried to charge my card. The room I was assigned had a musty smell, and the air conditioning was not working, making my stay uncomfortable. Although they did upgrade me to a better room, the floors were still a bit dirty and stained, which was disappointing after the long journey I had.

would come here again
The queen room was decent with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. Toiletries like shampoo, body soap, and a hairdryer were provided. The location is good and there's a microwave and fridge too. Staff was friendly, and the beds were clean and comfy, which was a plus.

This was just a good pick for a quick stay in Coeur d'Alene with great value for money. The staff were friendly, which made the check-in process pretty smooth after a long drive. If you don’t mind some freeway noise, you’ll sleep just fine, especially later in the night.

missingWrote a review on 26 Augdirty carpets
The carpets in the hallways had a noticeable amount of dirt, leaving a poor first impression. Not to mention, coffee in the room didn’t work, and the breakfast offered was sparse with coffee running late. There also wasn’t air conditioning in the hallways, which made traversing the stairs feel pretty uncomfortable, especially considering there are no elevators.
